QuickChek is expanding its operations throughout N.J. and Mid-Hudson Valley of N.Y. For site submissions, please contact the appropriate QuickChek area representative and furnish tax maps, survey information, site plans and zoning for a convenience store with gasoline facility.

Site Criteria - 

* Guide Line - Individual locations may exceed or be less than one or more of the following requirements *

  • ONE-ACRE MINIMUM (CONVENIENCE STORE WITH GASOLINE)
  • MINIMUM 250 FOOT FRONTAGE
  • PURCHASE/BUILD-TO-SUIT
  • TRAFFIC OF AT LEAST 25,000 CARS DAILY
  • CORNER PROPERTY AT SIGNALIZED INTERSECTION
  • UNRESTRICTED VISIBILITY AND ACCESS
  • 4,500 -6,500 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY
  • ONE MILE POPULATION:
    • RESIDENTIAL - 12,500
    • DAYTIME - 7,500
  • MINIMUM 30-CAR PARKING
  • 24-HOUR OPERATION PERMITTED
